Emergency Care

We're here for you 24/7 with our emergency care services

We understand that pets can become ill at any time. We are here for you and your pets 24/7 to help put your mind at rest, whether it's the middle of the night or Christmas Day.

We do not have third party suppliers for emergency care, so you will see familiar faces in familiar surroundings when you need to most. 

During normal hours both Hungerford (01488 683999) and Pewsey practices (01672 563413) can handle emergency cases.

All emergency work outside of opening hours is performed at our Hungerford practice, not by third-party clinics. During opening hours, emergency procedures can also be performed at our Pewsey practice.

All the out of normal hours emergency care, is provided at the Veterinary Hospital, Bath Road Hungerford, RG17 0HE.

We are always happy to see you and your pet if you are concerned.

In the event of an OUT OF HOURS Emergency concerning your pet, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us on 01488 683999, where you will be able to talk to one of our nurses.
  2. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible
  3. Let us tell you what you should do next

Our hospital is fully equipped with the latest surgical and diagnostic equipment, so your pet won’t have to be transferred if they are seriously injured.
